What Makes Beautycounter Reflect Effect AHA Smoothing Facial Mask so effective?
The formula in Beautycounter Reflect Effect AHA Smoothing Facial Mask is jam packed with a powerful blend of exfoliants that work together to achieve softer, smoother, and more even looking skin. Exfoliation is important because it helps remove damaged skin cells to reveal the healthier, more vibrant cells underneath. Some exfoliating masks can have very high levels of AHA which can cause skin irritation. Beautycounter restricts our AHA levels (10%) to a lower, yet still super effective level. As with all of Beautycounter products, we test for trace contaminants to make sure this mask meets our safety standards.
How do you use Beautycounter Reflect Effect AHA Smoothing Facial Mask?
Get comfy and grab ten minutes for yourself! Then, apply the mask to dry skin after cleansing and toning and massage into your skin. Leave it on for 10 minutes. Rinse using gentle, circular motions. Apply, massage, remove! Three simple steps to your best skin without taking up a ton of your very precious time. You can apply the mask up to twice a week, followed by your favorite serum, moisturizer or SPF if using in the morning.
PRO TIP: If you are new to exfoliation, then you may want to start slow and build up to using the mask more frequently. Once every other week is a good place to start. If you have sensitive skin you can also patch test a little of the mask on your wrist before applying. Also, don’t use two AHA products in the same day as that would be a bit too much exfoliation! The last thing we want is you getting irritated skin! 🙂
