The million dollar question on so many of your minds since last Summer has been is Beautycounter coming back?!? I’ve answered this question and countless others such as is Beautycounter still in business or is Beautycounter going out of business so many times over the last year! Wow, it is hard to believe it has already been a year! By the way, is Beautycounter coming back? That is the question we all want to know!
It has been tough AF because for quite awhile I really didn’t have much to say about if Beautycounter was coming back or not. I was starting to feel like I was never going to have the answer that so many of you were hoping for.
Many people are wondering, is Beautycounter coming back, or is this just speculation? The excitement is building!
In fact, I’ve been sharing Beautycounter dupes and alternatives over the last six months, too, since we still need non toxic skincare and makeup with or without our favorite brand, right?! Some of you have really started to love these other brands. I have, too!
There’s a few Beautycounter products that I know many of you find irreplaceable though such as the Beautycounter Vitamin C Serum, Beautycounter Beyond Gloss, and the Beautycounter Dew Skin Tinted Moisturizer just to name a few!

There has been a lot of speculation but it seems Beautycounter (or some form of it) will be coming back this Summer 2025!
Beautycounter’s founder, Gregg Renfrew, has even announced an intimate road show that she will be partaking in during May and June! This is SO exciting, right?!
Soon, we will no longer need to wonder, is Beautycounter coming back, because we will have the answers!

You’ll no longer need to ask is Beautycounter coming back?! We know that Beautycounter IS definitely coming back but we do not yet know what the brand is going to look like.
This means the excitement grows: is Beautycounter coming back, and what should we expect from their relaunch?
Perhaps it will come back as a different name? Who knows but I sure am ready to find out!

I have a feeling when Beautycounter does return it is going to be quite the relaunch and I really cannot wait to see what the refreshed brand will look like for us!

In case you are wondering what happened to Beautycounter, this incredible brand, founded with a mission to redefine beauty standards by providing high-quality, non-toxic products, quickly became a go-to brand for those like you and I seeking safer skincare and makeup.
However, the past year brought VERY unexpected changes when it was announced in early 2024 that Beautycounter would be closing. There is a lot of noise and speculation around why Beautycounter shut down so abruptly but really the long story short is that the brand ran out of money.
We may never know for sure all the ins and out about what happened to Beautycounter and I am not sure that it even matters as we are now focused on moving forward.
The question on everyone’s mind remains: is Beautycounter coming back to meet the demand for clean beauty products?
Beautycounter’s original founder, Gregg Renfrew, had to buy back what was left of the former company and is now in the process of rebuilding an entirely new company. Pretty boss move if you ask me!

We clearly cannot predict the future but for now we CAN be excited that Beautycounter will be relaunching this Summer!
So, what can you expect from Beautycounter’s comeback? There aren’t a ton of details available just yet but maintaining the clean, effective ingredients customers know and love is sure to be a top priority for Beautycounter in the coming months.
