The brand *NEW* Beautycounter Cheeky Clean Highlighting Balm is something I am really excited to share my thoughts about because I LOVE it and it has been a highly requested addition to Beautycounter’s makeup collection! She’s finally here! I personally loooove a good highlighter so I was hoping Beautycounter would launch one and as per usual, they’ve certainly delivered!

Beautycounter Cheeky Clean Highlighting Balm
The Beautycounter highlighting balm comes in four different shades. I immediately grabbed all four shades to try them all out and so far, my favorite is Cosmo which is a rose bronze shimmer. There’s also Lunar which is sheer pearl shimmer, Astro – a soft gold shimmer (I really like this shade, too!) and Flare, a bronze gold shimmer. Some advice I’ve heard is to choose the shade closest to your skin color but I think you can definitely mix and match, too depending on what look you are trying to achieve!
The Beautycounter Cheeky Clean Highlighting Balm is creamy and buildable so you can glow as much or as little as you would like. I use the highlighting balm on my cheekbones, nose, forehead, you name it! 🙂 The balm formulation is subtle and shimmery, lightweight and not glittery.
Another added benefit of the highlighting balm is that it is infused with squalane and jojoba esters to hydrate skin as well for a dewy, smooth finish. More bang for your buck! This balm is safer skincare infused and screened against 23 safety checkpoints!
You can use the Beautycounter Cheeky Clean Highlighting Balm on your eyes, cheeks, and where ever you want to enhance on your face and add a little glow!
How To Use Beautycounter Cheeky Clean Highlighting Balm
The formula is buildable so you can start with just a little and then layer more to your desired result. I usually start with very little but have found I can definitely use more with this balm. Using your fingers you’ll pat and blend the balm onto features you want to accentuate with a look of light! I usually apply my highlighter at the end of my routine after my blush is applied but of course, you can do whatever works best for you. Get your glow on!
The compact of the Beautycounter Cheeky Clean Highlighting Balm is the same as our Beautycounter Cheeky Clean Cream Blush, which means shade refills are compatible with both compacts! Refills are also available in all four shades. The Beautycounter Cheeky Clean Highlighting Balm also gives natural looking brightness to your skin while also being held to high standards of clean. What more could you want?!
